Where do you deliver to and what are your delivery timings?
We provide islandwide delivery service for Lunch (11.00 am to 1.30 pm) and Dinner (4.30 pm to 7.30 pm)
Can I request for specific delivery timing?
Unfortunately no, we are unable to take requests for deliveries at specific timings due to weather conditions, traffic conditions, delivery routes, delivery volumes and/or unforeseen circumstances.
What payment methods do you offer and how does payment work?
We accept credit/debit card payments, ApplePay, GooglePay, Paypal and PayNow. You will have to pay 30% deposit of the total amount stated upon checkout, and the remaining balance will be deducted from your PayPal or Credit/Debit Card two weeks before the Estimated Due Date.

What are the meal plans like? Can I customize my meal package?
Yes, you can customize your meal plan. We offer various plans to accommodate your needs. You can also choose to deliver only on weekdays or full week. If you have any special requests/allergies, you can also inform us beforehand.
How do I activate my confinement meal package if I give birth earlier or later from my EDD?
Kindly inform us via WhatsApp 2 days in advance between 8.30AM to 5.30PM at +65 9190 2263. We will make the necessary amendments to your start date and also advise you on the end date. In the event of a meal being cancelled without prior notice, the meal will not be replaced or refunded.
When should I tell you about a change in the start of a meal or delivery?
Our cut-off times for the start of meals and delivery changes are strictly 2 days in advance and between 8.30AM to 5.30PM. This gives our team time to plan and deliver all meals.
I have paid a deposit for my confinement meals but my package has not been activated yet. Can I cancel and get my deposit back?
Deposits will be forfeited upon cancellation of any reason. Reservation deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the order is cancelled, it is irreversible.
